There is a possibility to choose a set number of questions from an already established question bank - these questions cannot be altered. However, if there is not a question that suits your needs, it is possible to add additional statements to tailor the survey so it would better fit your company.

The scale used in the EX index survey is 1 (strongly disagree) - 6 (strongly agree) for the EX index statements and 0-10 for the People Outcomes, an option to choose Not applicable is available as well. For the EX index statements the even number scale is chosen to make the respondent choose whether they agree or disagree with a statement more.

On average the completion time of the survey is 15 minutes.

Currently the survey is available in English, Latvian, Lithuanian, Estonian and Russian, but if needed additional languages can be added. The statements in these languages have been validated so the formulations are as clear and precise as possible.
